Prenatal In a Day Workshop at BC Women’s $150 CAD
One 7-hour condensed class, which covers labour and birth, coping skills, and medical aids plus Hospital orientation.The up side:
Good online materials, and some good video materials in class. The Hospital orientation tour was also good to have.
The down side:
Sitting in circle and doing all sorts of group dynamic games and group discussions was a bit off character and not what we expected from this type of Workshop…
