I used generic brand Nicotine Patches to quit smoking.21mg (7 patches in each box) x 3 weeks.
14mg (7 patches in each box) x 3 weeks.
7mg (7 patches in each box) x 3 weeks.
Side effects: Vivid dreams.
Solution: Remove before bed time.
Stop smoking was fairly easy.
Withdrawal from the Nicotine patches after 63 days when the program was over was no joke.
This whole process cost $189 CAD
